Terms of service and refund procedure
By paying for the service, you agree to the terms of this offer.
1. Subject and provision of the service
The service is provided electronically via the BizStruct website and web application: sign in in the browser, connect email integrations and AI tools according to in-app instructions, and use tasks, projects, clients, and finances in one place. Access after payment is provided within the period specified in this offer (e.g. automatically after successful payment or within 24 hours). The seller undertakes to maintain the website and backend; for scheduled maintenance, users will be notified where possible on the website or by e-mail. The user must comply with the rules of use and must not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation or the rights of third parties.
2. Digital content and withdrawal
The service consists of access to digital content (web application functionality) that has no physical medium. Under the legislation of the Russian Federation, the buyer may refuse to perform the contract before access is provided (before activation of the subscription after payment). After access has been provided (subscription activated), withdrawal from the digital content is possible only with the seller’s consent, unless otherwise provided by law or contract.
3. Refund
- Before activation: if the buyer withdraws before access is activated, a full refund will be made within 5–10 business days to the same payment method used.
Active paid subscription
The same rule applies to all subscription lengths (1 month, 3 months, or 1 year). From the 15th calendar day after the start of the current paid period, cancellation of the subscription is not accepted and no refund is made for amounts already paid for that period.
Within the first 14 calendar days from the start of the current paid period, early termination and refund may be considered upon your written request and at the seller’s reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law. If the service is unusable due to the seller’s fault (technical failure on our side), a refund may be considered under the procedure below.
- A refund request must be sent to the email or contacts specified on the website. Consideration period: up to 10 business days; refund period: up to 10 business days from the date of a positive decision. Refunds via YooKassa are made in accordance with the payment system rules (to the same card/wallet details).
4. Offer and acceptance
This offer is published on the website. By paying for the service, the buyer accepts the terms of this offer. The link to the offer may be shown on the payment or billing screen in the web app.
5. Personal data
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
