Rules for using the BizStruct website and web application
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BizStruct website, authentication flows, and browser-based application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by the seller whose legal name, contacts, and requisites are published on the Contacts and requisites page of this website. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean that provider.
2. The Service
BizStruct offers tools to organize work from email and related data: tasks, projects, clients, finances, and optional AI-assisted features, subject to plan limits described in the app. Features may change over time; we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or operations, with notice where appropriate.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms (including email and OAuth providers). You must not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempt to break security or quotas, no interference with other users or infrastructure, and no scraping or automated abuse beyond intended API or UI use. You remain responsible for content you submit and for your interactions with third parties.
5. Paid plans and payments
Paid subscriptions, prices, billing periods, and refund rules are described in the public offer published on this website. By paying, you also accept those commercial terms. Free and paid tiers may include different limits (e.g. AI usage, projects) as shown in the app.

Where the Service uses AI or automation, outputs are assistive and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should verify important information before relying on it for legal, financial, or business decisions. We do not guarantee specific AI outcomes or uninterrupted model availability.
7. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights in data you submit; you grant us the license necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide the Service to you, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, to a nominal amount). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages where exclusion is permitted.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and, where the app allows, delete your account or data as described in settings or support materials. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated presentation date where we add one in the interface. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process.
11. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes should first be raised through the contacts on this website; courts or procedures follow applicable law.
