Personal data are processed for: provision of access to the BizStruct service; execution of the offer agreement; communication with the user (support, refund requests); sending information about the service (if the user has agreed); compliance with the law.
3. Processed data
Depending on the method of interaction: contact details (e-mail, name, account identifiers used for sign-in, including OAuth identifiers where applicable), payment data (processed by the YooKassa payment system according to its rules), technical data (IP address, device/browser data, cookie data), and service data entered by the user in the web app (tasks, projects, clients, financial records) for providing service functionality.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the user's consent, execution of the contract, and legitimate interests of the operator in cases provided by law.
5. Storage and security
Personal data are stored for the period necessary for the stated purposes and in accordance with the law. The operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access. We may share Google user data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating and improving our application. These providers include hosting infrastructure, analytics services, and API providers. We do not sell or use Google user data for advertising purposes.
